What’s included in each plan?

What happens if I go over my included minutes?
You’ll be charged $0.20 per additional minute. You’ll receive alerts at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit so you’re never caught off guard.
What is the setup fee for?
The one-time setup fee covers building and training your custom AI agent, integrating it with your calendar and phone number, configuring reminders, and testing everything before go-live. It’s done-for-you, not a template.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time with no cancellation fees. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers work already completed.
How long does setup take?
Standard setups go live in 48-72 hours. The full onboarding process includes a 30-minute discovery call, agent configuration, phone number setup and forwarding, and a final go-live test call. Businesses with custom integrations, multi-location phone trees, or complex scheduling workflows may take 3-5 business days. Once live, the AI receptionist answers every call immediately with no additional setup required on your end.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We can forward your existing number to the AI, or provision a new number — whichever you prefer. Your clients keep calling the same number they always have. No new hardware or equipment is required.
What calendar systems do you work with?
Our platform syncs with Cal.com, which supports connections to Google Calendar and most other major calendar systems. Additional integrations can be configured depending on your setup. During your onboarding call we’ll confirm compatibility with your existing tools.
