Digital Automations provides an AI voice agent platform designed to help service-based businesses automate inbound call handling, appointment booking, and client follow-up. Our services include:
- 24/7 AI voice receptionist (inbound call answering)
- Automated appointment booking via calendar integration
- SMS and email appointment reminders
- Client lookup and CRM logging
- Post-call summaries and notifications
- Usage monitoring and reporting dashboard
- Multi-vertical support (dental, fitness, trades, medical, and more)
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and subscribe to a plan. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

The Service provides three subscription tiers as described on our pricing page:

4. Voice AI Agent Services
4.1 Service Description
The AI Voice Agent answers inbound calls to your business phone number on your behalf, using your business name and service information to handle bookings, inquiries, and client lookups.
4.2 Usage and Billing Thresholds
Voice AI usage is metered by call minutes. Automatic actions are triggered at the following thresholds based on your plan’s included minutes:

4.3 Call Recording and Transcription
AI voice calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service improvement. You are responsible for informing your clients that calls may be recorded where required by applicable law.
4.4 Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that AI-handled calls comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including do-not-call requirements and consent obligations in your jurisdiction.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete business information used by the AI agent, including business name, services offered, hours of operation, and contact details.
5.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations, including applicable privacy and telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction.
5.3 Proper Use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or deceive callers
- Impersonate any person, entity, or professional
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to make outbound unsolicited calls without proper consent
7. Appointments and Calendar Integration
The Service integrates with a third-party scheduling platform that syncs with most existing calendars. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate availability in your connected calendar
- Honoring appointments booked through the AI agent
- Notifying us of changes to your service offerings or schedule that affect agent configuration
Digital Automations is not liable for missed appointments, double bookings, or scheduling errors resulting from inaccurate availability settings.
8. SMS and Email Reminders
Automated SMS and email reminders are sent to your clients prior to booked appointments. You are responsible for ensuring your clients have consented to receive such communications. Digital Automations is not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party carriers or email providers.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, software, and branding, is owned by Digital Automations AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your business information and content provided to configure the Service. By providing this content, you grant Digital Automations AI a license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
10. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including:
- Retell AI (voice agent technology)
- Third-party appointment scheduling platform
- Telnyx (phone number and SMS)
- Hostinger (hosting and SMTP email)
- n8n (workflow automation)
- MySQL on Hostinger VPS (data storage)
Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. Digital Automations AI is not responsible for the practices of third parties.
12. Fees and Payment
12.1 Monthly Subscription
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The setup fee is billed once at the start of service.
12.2 Overage Charges
Voice minutes used beyond your plan’s included amount are billed at $0.15 per minute. Overage charges are invoiced automatically at the thresholds described in Section 4.2.
12.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
12.4 Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers work already completed. Overage charges are non-refundable as they reflect actual usage already incurred.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL AUTOMATIONS AI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Missed calls, failed bookings, or missed appointments
- Delivery failures of SMS messages or emails
- AI agent errors or unexpected conversation outcomes
- Actions or inactions of any caller or client
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party service failure
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Automations AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
15. Termination
15.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Outstanding overage charges remain payable.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or at our reasonable discretion.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Automations AI operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
16.2 Informal Resolution
