4.1 Where Data Is Stored
Our platform runs on a Hostinger VPS. All core data (client records, call logs, bookings, reminders) is stored on our own infrastructure in a self-hosted MySQL database. We do not store your data in third-party cloud databases except as described in Section 3.1.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement reasonable technical safeguards including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Secure VPS with Docker containerization
- Cloudflare SSL and DDoS protection
- Access controls and credential management
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation
- Client/caller data: Retained for the duration of your subscription; deleted within 90 days of termination
- Call recordings and transcripts: Retained for up to 90 days
- SMS and email logs: Retained for up to 12 months for billing verification
- Billing records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax regulations
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
